Professional with more than 15 years in the area of Human Talent and Occupational Health and Safety in national and multinational companies, extensive national and international experience and start-up processes of continuous improvement, development of Subsystems for multinationals in Tulsa Oklahoma. Graduated from the Catholic University of Ecuador in Business Administration, in Human Resources Management at the ECAE, School of Business Administration and with postgraduate studies in Industrial Safety and Occupational Health at the International SEK University with specialization courses in the areas MENTIONED.
As we know, oil and gas industry is going through a continuous evolution worldwide every day. That´s why the oil companies are looking for no conventional professional profiles in a recruiting process, currently they want people with different skills to work in this hard stage of industry.
We think that a workshop about how to develop and improve the CV writing skills and how to do a success interview job is very important to the new undergraduate students, recent graduates and young professionals in order to increase their opportunity to find a job.
1. GENERAL OBJETIVE
- Manage the creation of a workshop about how to correctly write a CV/motivation letter and how to successfully do a job interview.
2. SPECIFIC OBJETIVES
- Evaluate the skills that companies look for in new professionals.
- Motivate SPE Student Chapters members, recent graduates and young professionals about how to correctly write and improve a CV and a motivation letter in Spanish/English language.
- Simulate a job interview situation between the Human Resources expert and the attendant.
3. SESSIONS
- The workshop will consist of two conferences and two practical sessions
- The topic of first conference will be: “how to correctly write a CV”.
- The topic of the second conference will be: “How to successfully do a job interview”. Once the conference is over the attendants will have the opportunity to have a little discussion with a HR representative from a company.
